Wei is a long-standing member of the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley volleyball community, bringing over 20 years of combined playing and coaching experience.

She began her competitive volleyball career at the club level before going on to compete at Capilano University. Her love for the game continued well beyond her collegiate career, eventually giving her the opportunity to represent Canada at both American and World Masters events.

Throughout her years in volleyball, Wei has remained passionate about giving back to the sport and helping young athletes build their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game.

In addition to coaching, Wei plays an important role in growing volleyball throughout the region through her work organizing leagues, tournaments, and youth opportunities. Her leadership has been an important part of Legacy Volleyball and our commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for athletes across the Fraser Valley.

Wei continues to coach youth club teams and skills clinics, bringing a strong technical foundation, a genuine mentorship approach, and a deep commitment to helping athletes reach their potential.
