NU LAPA

Volleyball has always been my passion. I grew up playing beach volleyball on our own beach back home. It always brings me memories of my childhood playing volleyball when I share my passion for volleyball with the kids that I coach. I have been coaching for almost 15 years now and I’m loving every moment  of it when I’m on the court. My goal is always to bring a positive, fun culture, encouragement, work ethic, and to develop aggressive players that compete in the highest levels of volleyball.

I coached the u16 team last year that won the President Cup last year in the US and they came 13th in Canada. That achievement was not about us as coaches. It was all the hard work and positive energy that the players put in as a team. This next season we are building an elite team to compete in the highest level of competition in Canada and in the US. It will be an honour to coach this Legacy team with my amazing assistant, Ben Friesen.  I am so looking forward to it
