Wei is a long-standing member of the volleyball community with over 20 years of combined playing and coaching experience. She began her competitive career in club volleyball before moving on to compete at Capilano University, and later represented Canada at both American and World Masters events.

In addition to coaching, Wei plays a major role in growing the sport through her work organizing leagues, tournaments, and youth development opportunities across the region. Her leadership supports Legacy Volleyball’s mission of creating meaningful pathways and development-based programming for athletes in the Fraser Valley.

Wei continues to coach youth club teams and skills development clinics, bringing a strong technical foundation, mentorship mindset, and a deep commitment to positive athlete growth.
