With over 20 years of volleyball experience, Coach Paul has spent two decades not only playing the game, but also learning from countless mistakes—and now he shares those lessons so his athletes know what not to do. His coaching style is straightforward: high expectations and nothing less than 110% effort, whether at practice or in competition.

Coaching Philosophy:

First - Volleyball is a game of mistakes. The team that makes the fewest mistakes, wins.

Second - “Athletes won’t remember the all the wins, but will remember
the time in between and the journey that led them there.”
