Lesina grew up playing many different sports, but volleyball has always been her number one. With a decade of experience, she has played at club level, competed in the BC Summer Games, and spent the past few years continuing to grow in the sport she loves.

Volleyball has taught her so much more than just the game-it’s shown her the power of friendship, teamwork, and how far you can go when those two come together. Coaching has allowed her to pour back into the sport, working with teams across a variety of age groups, and she’s loved every second of it.

For her, coaching goes beyond teaching skills. It’s about building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and inspiring a love for the game that athletes can carry with them in every part of life. Her goal is to pass on the passion she has for volleyball and help players push past their limits to reach their full potential.

Team culture is something she values deeply, and she is excited to lead a team built on celebration, encouragement, inclusivity, accountability, and determination. Together, she knows you can accomplish amazing things!
